Project Description
Colantonio completely gutted this 80,000 square foot, seven-story building, originally built in the 1960’s.
We removed and replaced exterior windows, doors and mechanical systems. The fire protection, electrical and tel/data systems were all upgraded. Renovations to two main meeting spaces, the Selectmen’s Hearing Room and the School Committee Room, included significant technology and accessibility upgrades. We replaced the roof and elevator, and installed all new interior finishes and millwork.
The project was designed and built to meet LEED Silver Certification standards.
