Project Description
Colantonio removed and replaced the existing membrane roofing of the building. The work required selective demolition, masonry work, sheet metal work, skylights, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems and hazardous materials abatement before we installed a new roof membrane, insulation, water repellent sealer, and new asphalt shingles at limited locations.
