Project Description
The site of Needham’s new Senior Center is at the corner of Hillside Avenue and West Street, just west of the MBTA commuter rail tracks. The 20,000 square foot, two story building features a 3,000 square foot multipurpose area on the ground floor with seating for 250, a fitness room, art room, computer room, library, office spaces, meeting rooms and an open-air roof deck on the second level.
