Robert Manganello

Bob joined Colantonio in April 2022 with 33 years of construction experience estimating hard bid and conceptual projects in the public and private markets. His expertise lies in providing accurate estimates using unit pricing as well as figuring labor crew and equipment costs.  He establishes strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors, and works closely with them to solicit pricing, provide scopes of work, and conduct buyouts post-bid.

When he’s not working, Bob enjoys gardening, hanging out with his Labrador Jack, and his daily Wordle.
