Project Description
The City of Boston’s Central Maintenance Facility encompasses both Heavy and Light Maintenance Shops, totaling 56,000 square feet of space. The Heavy Maintenance Shop required the removal of the entire concrete slab floor, refurbishment of the drainage system and installation of a new, reinforced concrete slab floor.
Colantonio selectively demolished the concrete floor of the Light Maintenance Shop and reinforced it with new steel and poured concrete. We refurbished the drainage system and then shot blasted the entire slab and applied vehicle coating.
