Project Description
Colantonio is building a new 49,000 SF, three-story public safety facility along with a 17,000 SF, single-story parking structure for the Town of Hingham. The building will house the town’s police headquarters and a fire house and will include vehicle garage bays. The scope includes abatement and demolition of the existing structure and extensive site upgrades.
The new facility will feature radiant heat flooring and infrastructure for future installation of photovoltaic panels and electric car charging stations.
