Project Description
Colantonio performed a gut renovation/reuse of an historic, long-vacant 19th century water works building for 25 one-bedroom units of affordable housing for the Somerville Housing Authority. The facility also features common areas and facilities.
We restored the historic exterior, removed the existing interior structure and replaced it with an entirely new 24,000 square foot, two-story structure with a partial basement.
