Project Description
New construction and renovation work spanned three locations. The buildings in the main yard at 1 Lyman Place were replaced by a two-story, 10,800 square foot administration and employee facilities building; a metal 27,500 square foot vehicle maintenance/wash/storage building; and a wood-framed, 3,276 square foot salt storage structure.
The existing three-bay garage on Lenox Street received minor interior renovations, a new roof and new mechanical/electrical systems. Site development work included grading, drainage, utilities, landscaping and parking.
A 12,200 square-foot seasonal storage garage was built on the Winter Street site. That site also received new grading, drainage, utilities, landscaping and parking.
