Project Description
The project was a renovation of four 3-story buildings with a total of 112 units of affordable housing. Renovations included upgrades to the kitchens, bathrooms and MEP systems and new windows and exterior doors. Colantonio will also repair the exterior envelope, landscaping, walkways, and parking areas. All work was performed while the buildinged remain occupied. The project will pursue Enterprise Green Communities Criteria Certification.
