Project Description
Colantonio recently completed a new, two-story town hall on the site of the town’s former fire station. Once finished, Colantonio abated and demolish the existing town hall. The scope included a new septic system, parking areas and landscaping. Early bid packages were issued for sitework, demo/abatement, concrete and steel. The project was designed to meet LEED certification.
