Project Description
Colantonio updated the kitchen, heating and security system of 86 occupied affordable housing units for the Brookline Housing Authority.
Each unit received new kitchen counters, cabinets, flooring and appliances. A forced hot water heating system replaced the electric baseboard system. The fire alarm system was also upgraded. Four units were made handicapped accessible, complete with ADA approved appliances, upgraded bathrooms and entrance ramps.
Colantonio performed the work between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, leaving each unit completely clean and fully functioning at the end of each day.
